Terms of Service

By accessing or using the urgentic platform at urgentic.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

urgentic is an autonomous AI-powered security operations platform. The service includes:

• Nine specialised AI agents for threat detection, investigation, and response
• Integration with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and other security tools
• Automated incident triage, investigation, and report generation
• Proactive threat hunting and detection engineering
• A Command Centre for interactive queries and analysis

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Accounts are for individual use and must not be shared between people
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to bind your organisation
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

• Free trial: 14 days with full access, no credit card required
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at time of purchase
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Connect workspaces or data sources you are not authorised to access
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform
• Exceed published rate limits or abuse API access
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
• Use the platform to develop a competing product

• You retain full ownership of all security operations data processed through the platform
• We process your data solely to provide and improve the service
• Workspace isolation ensures no cross-tenant data access under any circumstances

• We target 99.9% uptime for the platform
• Planned maintenance will be communicated with reasonable advance notice
• The platform augments human security analysts — it does not guarantee detection of every threat. You remain responsible for your organisation's security posture.
• Service credits may be available for extended outages on Enterprise plans

• The platform, its AI agents, algorithms, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Urgentic Security Ltd
• Investigation reports and other outputs generated from your data belong to you
• “Urgentic” and “UrgencyScore” are trademarks of Urgentic Security Ltd
• You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for security breaches that occur despite platform monitoring
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data is permanently deleted.
• Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
